Forge Partners was founded on a principle: organizational diagnostics should be grounded in facts and lived experience.
Susan Chelle Dorn is the founder and CEO of Forge Partners, Inc. and the architect of the Stress Test™ and Strength Index™ diagnostic system. With over 20 years of hands-on transformation experience at enterprises including Roche, Genentech, Chevron, State Farm, and Warner Bros., she built Forge Partners on a single conviction: execution failure is organizational before it is operational. The Stress Test™ and Strength Index™ were not theorized in a classroom — they were built in boardrooms, pressure-tested across global transformations affecting hundreds of thousands of people, and refined until they produced a score a leadership team could actually act on.
Her credential stack is the precise combination the market is now demanding — Industrial & Organizational (I-O) psychology, change management, process improvement, project management, executive coaching, and adult education — held simultaneously, not sequentially. This is the foundation of Forge's methodology, and the reason no competitor can replicate it. Chelle serves as the firm's lead diagnostic architect, primary client advisor, and the certifying authority for every practitioner who carries the Forge methodology into an engagement.
Senior Consulting Team
"Leadership is a trainable skill set. With the right structure, challenge, and support, individuals and teams can consistently perform at a higher level." — J. Tyler Fisher, Ed.D.
Tyler's career began in high-performance athletics as a strength and conditioning coach at the University of Nebraska, Drake University and TCU, where he spent eight years developing athletes and teams under measurable pressure — an environment that informs his approach to leadership and organizational capability.
Tyler operates at the intersection of performance, behavior, and execution. With more than 21 years of experience across collegiate athletics, higher education, and corporate environments, his work is grounded in a single principle: leadership capability is built through disciplined development. He transitioned from physical performance to organizational performance 13 years ago, pairing applied experience with academic depth through a Doctorate in Educational Leadership (Ed.D.).
Tyler brings the same rigor to leadership development that defines elite sport. Leveraging more than 5,000 hours of coaching and facilitation experience, he designs and delivers programs that move beyond theory and into sustained behavioral change — strengthening leaders’ skills including self-awareness, decision-making, communication, and strategic execution.
The Forge Certification Program trains and accredits consultants in the Stress Test™ and Strength Index™ methodology — to PMP-equivalent rigor. Applications for the upcoming cohorts are now open.
